Remove six dead pnpm actions migrated from carapace-bin

ActionWorkspaceFilters was a static predecessor of the grammar-aware
ActionFilters (it offered hardcoded glob patterns like packages/* with no
knowledge of the actual workspace). ActionWorkspaces globbed raw
pnpm-workspace.yaml patterns instead of resolving real packages, and is
superseded by ActionWorkspacePackages and ActionWorkspacePaths (both driven by
`pnpm list --json -r`). ActionStorePath, ActionStoreStatus, ActionStorePackages,
and ActionStorePrune were never wired to any completer in carapace-bin — the
store_* subcommand stubs have empty Run bodies and register no completions.

The shared workspaceYaml type moves into workspace_specific.go, where it is
still used by ActionWorkspaceScripts. carapace-bin's generated macro registry
(pkg/actions/actions_generated.go, gitignored) is regenerated separately.
