fix(nodert): honor `HostReadyTimeout` for bootstrap ready wait (#149)

Bootstrap supervisor now uses `SupervisorConfig.HostReadyTimeout` with the existing default fallback instead of a hard-coded timeout only.

test(nodert): cover bootstrap RPC lifecycle and client failures

Add integration tests for long-path socket shortening, ready-timeout and spawn-failure cleanup, stdout/stderr forwarding, and respawn PID/socket/ready-marker invariants. Extend client tests for ping-after-close, in-flight death, and silent-call timeout. Add spawn path helpers for readyPath and Unix socket length truncation.

test(node-runtime): expand socket RPC and runtime validation coverage

Cover socket server bind conflicts, stale PID cleanup, `deferAppReady`, `listenTcp`, and multi-server reset. Add host/bootstrap error paths, lifecycle init validation, export resolution, module cache clear, RPC server stream, dispatcher `genReturn` stub, policy methods, and error cause chaining.

test(client): add ForstClient and invoke-client unit tests

Switch package test runner to bun and cover singleton reset, `getPackage`/proxy access, and safe stop with a custom sidecar.

test(sidecar): add process-supervisor state tests

Cover initial stopped state and idempotent stop after manual start.

test(forst): cover project CLI, node runtime summary, and invoke discovery

Add project info and clean dry-run/delete/noop tests. Assert `NodeRuntimeSummary` module deduplication and sorting. Filter cross-package invoke exports excluding compiled package, main, and non-runnable functions.

docs(node): document shared socket RPC environment variables

Clarify that `FORST_NODE_SOCKET` and `FORST_NODE_HOST_READY` apply to bootstrap and host mode, with bootstrap-specific defaults and troubleshooting for ready timeouts.
