PropEnum: deprecate ensure_presence(s) (#356)

The usage of these methods is awkward at best and, at worst, could be
incorrect.

Video metadata such as the matrix, primaries, and transfer
characteristics are frame properties and can therefore vary throughout a
clip. The `get_prop` method, and by extension `from_video`, are already
limited when a VideoNode is passed, as they only inspect the first
frame.

I think using `ModifyFrame` to validate every frame is a much better
approach if correctness is the priority and strict non-overriding
behavior is required. In 95% of use cases, users simply want to set
frame properties, and `std.SetFrameProp(s)` is the appropriate tool for
that.
