feat(nodert)!: move bootstrap Node interop to socket RPC

Drop stdio as the bootstrap RPC transport and align it with host mode:
shared socket listen/accept/ready handling in node-runtime, Go supervisor
dial via FORST_NODE_SOCKET after the ready marker, and child stdout/stderr
forwarded as logs. Default socket is .forst/node-bootstrap.sock; long paths
are shortened under /tmp on macOS for AF_UNIX limits.

BREAKING CHANGE: Bootstrap no longer uses stdin/stdout for RPC. Spawns require
FORST_NODE_SOCKET and FORST_NODE_HOST_READY; wire protocol is unchanged.
