Fix NVIDIADriver status state during initial owner assignment

The node-labeling controller assigns NVIDIADriver owner labels
asynchronously. NVIDIADriver reconciliation can therefore run before
any nodes are assigned, find no matching node pools, and set the CR to
Ready. Once owner labels are applied, the subsequent reconciliation
creates driver DaemonSets and correctly determines that the driver is
NotReady.

Synchronize the in-memory NVIDIADriver status state in updateCrStatus
before updating error conditions. This prevents the condition updater
from copying the stale Ready state from the reconcile-start object and
overwriting the newly persisted NotReady state.
