Revert verbose builtin repr change on CSE machine stash (#300)

PR #230 changed the stash display for builtins from the verbose
<built-in function print> to just the bare name, to match how
closures are shown. Turns out that was a step backward, Prof wanted
the verbose repr kept since it matches what print(print) shows in
the actual REPL.

Only reverting the display string here, not the typeTranslator label
change from the same PR, since that's now used by the wrong-type
error messages added later and removing it would break those.

Fixes #298
