Optimize Pandas DataFrame iteration by replacing iterrows

* Replace `iterrows()` with `itertuples()` for static positional/attribute access in `calc_solvMPCONF196.py`, `calc_MPCONF196.py`, and `gscdb138.py`.
* Replace `iterrows()` with `to_dict('records')` in `calc_elasticity.py` to support dynamic/variable-based dictionary keys while avoiding the `iterrows` performance penalty.
* Added Bolt optimization comments.
* Created a journal entry.
