* Verify-only heap/Clone carrier via modmath SchoolbookFieldRef

Admit a heap-backed, non-Copy carrier on the VERIFY path only (public
data), consuming modmath 0.6.1's Clone/by-ref schoolbook field. Sign/CT
stay Copy-gated (subtle CT-select) and the carrier physically can't reach
them.
