docs: replace Code Climate Maintainability badge with SonarCloud

Same underlying reason as the earlier Coveralls switch: Code Climate's
Quality product (which covered both coverage and maintainability) was
spun out to Qlty Software in 2025 and the tooling was archived.
SonarCloud's Automatic Analysis (GitHub App-based, no CI/secret setup)
now provides the Maintainability Rating badge instead. Also fixes the
badge's pre-existing typo'd URL ("httpshttps://...").
