feat(query)!: split aggregate into typed $group + $agg

$group now lists the group-by columns (typed against the entity, like
$select); $agg holds the aggregate functions. $having/$sort aliases are
checked against them, so a bad column, aggregated field, or alias is a
compile error instead of a runtime SQL failure. An aggregate with neither
$group nor $agg now throws instead of emitting invalid SQL.

BREAKING CHANGE: aggregate() computed columns move from $group to $agg.
