* feat: SchoolbookFieldRef — non-Copy (heap/Clone) verify field

The ecosystem verify-carrier audit's keystone: a `FieldOps` strategy that lets a
heap/`Clone` carrier (num-bigint `FixedWidthBigUint`) drive the verify surface
without the `Copy` Montgomery/CIOS path. Additive — the `Copy` `SchoolbookField`,
Montgomery `Field`, and `Field<Ct>` are untouched; the new type is Nct-only (no
`subtle`), so it cannot resolve for a constant-time path.
