extend durability probe to typed values + ledger run 18

- A8+A9 combined dryness re-run: both clean, no product changes; the
  durability harness held 400 kill-9 reopens across WAL and rollback
  journal with zero corruption, lost writes, or hangs, and type
  edges round-tripped byte-exact
- durability rows now carry interior-NUL blob and text payloads
  recomputed byte-exact across the SIGKILL, with a value-tamper teeth
  control that integrity_check alone cannot see
- type-edges probe updated to the ruled non-finite and stream
  on_error contract it predated; teeth re-proven
