classify code-carrying and utf8 error tuples in wrap/1

busy/readonly/schema/auth errors will arrive as {tag, extended_code,
msg} from the next xqlite release; without a clause they fell to the
inspect catch-all and lost their type. the utf8_error 3-tuple already
ships today and was falling through the same hole. both now classify
with their payloads in details; the 2-tuple clause stays for the
current dep.
