Migrate SQL test cases to file fixtures (#1941)

Migrate SQL-driven test-suite cases from Rust test bodies to embedded .sql fixture files.

The fixture runner executes each file sequentially against the same storage and compares results through readable SQL comments.
Query builder tests and direct storage API tests remain in Rust, while ordinary SQL, index, transaction, alter table, dictionary, and metadata cases now use a consistent fixture path.
