Add plan for PWA stats update and event drill-down

Plan for two changes to the analytics page:
- invalidate the analytics cache with a dirty flag (as the review page does:
  dirty until all scanned receipts are processed), triggered on expense/income
  mutations and receipt scans
- add an event drill-down showing per-category spend and per-day totals for the
  last several days, backed by a new GET /api/analytics/events/{event_id} endpoint
