* docs(examples,badges,contract): add C examples, README badges, sync CONTRACT §5.1 org context

Add examples/ (login_mfa.c, rest_authz.c) built via AXIAM_BUILD_EXAMPLES,
README badge block (CI, Coverage, Docs, C11, License), org-context note in the
Quickstart login snippet (§5.1), and re-sync CONTRACT.md from upstream.

* fix(conan): keep examples out of the Conan package build

examples/ is not part of exports_sources, so with AXIAM_BUILD_EXAMPLES
defaulting ON the Conan "package recipes" build failed at
add_subdirectory(examples) ("not an existing directory"). Force
AXIAM_BUILD_EXAMPLES=OFF in the recipe's generate(), mirroring how
AXIAM_BUILD_TESTS is already handled. The regular CMake CI build still
compiles the examples via the default ON.
