docs(examples,badges,contract): add examples, align README badges, sync CONTRACT §5.1 org context (#4)

Add the repo's first Examples/ directory with two idiomatic, self-contained,
compiling examples wired as SwiftPM executable targets:
- LoginMFAExample: two-phase login / verifyMfa flow (§1, §5, §5.1)
- RestAuthzExample: REST authz surface (checkAccess / can / batchCheck, §1)
Both read config from env (AXIAM_BASE_URL, AXIAM_TENANT_SLUG, AXIAM_ORG_SLUG,
AXIAM_EMAIL, AXIAM_PASSWORD, ...) and construct AxiamConfig with BOTH tenant and
org context. Adds Examples/README.md with build/run instructions.

Align README badges with the sibling SDKs: add the missing CI and Coverage
badges (first, before the Swift badge) and a DocC docs badge pointing at the
gh-pages site published by docs.yml; keep the existing four badges.

Update every README login/refresh snippet to include orgSlug alongside
tenantSlug (§5.1: login/refresh require organization context); leave the
token-verification guard snippet unchanged.

Re-sync CONTRACT.md from the platform repo (adds §5.1 organization context).
