* docs(examples,contract): add Kotlin examples and sync CONTRACT §5.1 org context

Re-sync CONTRACT.md from the canonical source (adds §5.1: login/refresh
require organization context alongside the tenant). Normalize the README
quickstart login snippet to construct the client with both a tenant slug
and .orgSlug("acme"). Add an examples/ directory with two idiomatic,
self-contained, compiling Kotlin samples (login + MFA branch, and REST
authz checkAccess/can/batchCheck), wired into a dedicated 'examples'
Gradle source set with runLoginMfaExample / runRestAuthzExample tasks.

* ci(kover): exclude examples package from coverage verification

The new `examples` source set is demonstration code with no unit tests
by design, so including it in Kover's line-coverage ratio dropped the
measured coverage below the 88% floor (koverVerify failed at 83.96%).
Exclude `io.axiam.sdk.examples.*` from coverage reports so the samples
still compile in CI without affecting the coverage gate.
