docs(examples,badges,contract): add C++ examples, README badges, sync CONTRACT §5.1 org context (#3)

Re-sync CONTRACT.md from the upstream axiam monorepo (adds §5.1 organization
context: login/refresh require an org identifier alongside tenant context).

Add the README badge block (CI, Coverage, Docs/Doxygen, C++17, License) — the
repo previously had none — modeling the sibling SDK READMEs.

Add examples/ (login_mfa.cpp, rest_authz.cpp) plus examples/README.md, wired
into CMake behind a new AXIAM_BUILD_EXAMPLES option. Both examples build the
client with tenant AND org context per §5.1 and read config from env vars.

Ensure README client snippets that log in show org context: normalize the
quickstart org_slug to "acme" and add .org_slug("acme") to the mTLS snippet.
