Use dynamic versioning and update for Qt6 compatibility (#1208)

* Use dynamic versioning everywhere based on git tag

* Switch to qtconsole-base to avoid PyQt 5 vs 6 incompatibility

* Use qt version agnostic backend to allow Qt6 compatibility

* Remove Qt version check, which would have broken for Qt6

* Replace obsolete QRegExp and QRegExpValidator

* Use SortOrder enum to enable Qt6 compatibility

* Replace obsolete QDesktopWidget usage

* [pre-commit.ci] auto fixes from pre-commit.com hooks

* Add output folder to gitignore to avoid +uncommitted stamp on nightly builts
