* modmath 0.6.0: width-carrying FieldOps, retire the raw-`T` `_pr` surface

Motivated by making a runtime-width carrier (`HeaplessBigInt`: fixed capacity, 
runtime length) behave correctly under modular arithmetic — where a value's 
stored width reflects its magnitude, not the ring it lives in, so width-sensitive 
ops can fire at the wrong bit and truncate.
