feat: add bb_serialize_compose stateless composition driver (B1-1055) (#931)

Walks a caller-supplied array of desc/snapshot entries against a shared
bb_serialize_emit_t, applying a per-entry wrapper (none/object/array).
No global state, no registry -- folded into the existing bb_serialize
component; each future consumer (manifest, openapi) owns its own
entries[] array.
