Wire org context into the TypeScript bench; list all 11 SDKs in README (#199)

* bench(typescript): pass org context to the SDK client

The TypeScript SDK now exposes an org field, so the Node bench harness can
send org context. Add BENCH_ORG_SLUG (default "bench-org", matching the
Python bench and runner/seed.sh) and forward it as `orgSlug` to every
createNodeClient() call, so login/refresh succeed against a server that
requires org context.

* docs(readme): list all 11 client SDKs

The Client SDKs table and Phase 17 row listed only 7 languages, omitting the
Kotlin, Swift, C, and C++ SDKs that also live in ilpanich/axiam-<lang>-sdk
repositories. Add them with their distribution channels and update the "seven"
count to eleven.
