fix(nodert): map host shim --port to PORT for remix-serve

remix-serve ignores --port in argv but listens on PORT. When spawning
host-mode children, derive PORT from node.args --port / -p and set it on
the child env so ftconfig port 6322 is honored.

fix(ci): align remix-serve e2e checks with port 6322

Update standalone and in-tree remix e2e scripts and Taskfile waits, curls,
and port cleanup from stale 3000 to 6322 to match ftconfig and README.
