feat(query): fall back to JSON when the source format can't hold the result

A read whose value the source (or defaulted) format can't represent at its top
level - a TOML or KDL top-level array or bare scalar - errored and demanded
`-T json`. Now an un-directed query renders it as JSON instead, so a read
always shows the value (briefs edikt-051). jq/yq already behave this way, and
YAML/JSON frontmatter queries already worked; this closes the gap for the
TOML-family sources, including PEP 723 blocks where `.dependencies` is the
obvious query.

Edits and an explicit `-T FMT` that can't hold the value still error - the
fallback is read-only, for the defaulted output. Updates the 050 test that
asserted the old error.

Surfaced dogfooding the frontmatter work (`edikt '.dependencies' app.py`);
bumps edikt to 0.2.5.
