v0.3.0: collapse subscripts to one `freeze` mode; auto-reap cache

Address the review-flagged UX/polish edges:
- Collapse `wrap` + `freeze-tree` into a single protective mode, `freeze`: it
  always uses the launch-scoped snapshot cache (whole-tree consistency), so
  there's no confusing menu of two near-identical modes. Bare `--subscripts`
  now protects (was: report); `--subscripts=report` is the explicit look-only.
  `wrap`/`freeze-tree` still parse as aliases for back-compat.
- Auto-reap stale caches: a tree's root pid stays alive across exec, so a
  dead-pid cache dir means the tree finished. reap_stale() clears those (past a
  30s grace for backgrounded orphans) on the next launch; `gc` stays as the
  manual force-all. Retires the "manual cleanup only" debt.
- Round out the AST walker with the arithmetic-for clause.
- README: honest coverage framing (literal paths freeze; dynamic/cmd-sub are
  reported, not frozen).

rustix gains the `process` feature (no new crates; default build still 15).
Both configs pass (default 51+10, subs 52+15), clippy/fmt clean.
