[Tests] Rename test fixtures to use the Fixture suffix (#73)

# Description

Renames reusable test fixtures from the `*Class` suffix to `*Fixture`,
aligning the TypeScript port with the canonical `Fixtures`/`*Fixture`
testing-namespace convention used across the Valkyrja ports.

## Types of changes

- [x] Improvement _(non-breaking change which improves code)_

## Changes

- **`tests/Tests/Fixtures/**`** — renamed 19 fixtures `*Class` →
`*Fixture` (files, class declarations, and import paths).
- **`tests/Tests/**`** — updated all imports and references.

All Vitest tests pass locally (873).
