[Tests] Rename test fixtures to use the Fixture suffix (#53)

# Description

Renames test fixtures to the `*Fixture` suffix so every fixture under
`Fixtures/` is consistently marked. Covers 11 `*Class` doubles plus 34
ts-morph AST-sample fixtures (the mock-app tree,
config/provider/middleware scenarios, and AST / find-file inputs).

The `App/Config` sample was renamed to `ConfigFixture` surgically: bare
`Config` collides with real framework code in `src` and several unit
tests, so only fixture-referring class names, `extends` clauses, and
string-literal names/paths in the consuming tests were updated — real
`Config` references and `Config`-namespace data strings were left
intact.

## Types of changes

## Changes

- **`tests/Tests/Fixtures/**`** — every fixture now ends in `Fixture`
(files + declarations).
- **`tests/Tests/**`** — updated all references, including
string-literal fixture names/paths in the generator tests.

All Vitest tests pass locally (212).
