feat(example): redesign example app with catalog-driven design system

- Implement the DeeplinkX design file: light/dark palettes, bundled
  Instrument Sans, and a phone-frame presentation on wide viewports
- Replace the 29 hand-written app/store pages with a declarative action
  catalog and one shared detail screen covering every public action with
  real API labels, a store-fallback toggle, and a live installation
  indicator
- Rebuild home as a filterable gallery (use cases / apps / stores)
- Restyle the nine use-case flows, launch selector sheet, and snackbars
  onto shared design-system widgets, preserving behavior and test keys
- Cover the catalog and detail screen with new widget tests
- Bump version to 1.4.0 and update CHANGELOG, AGENTS.md, and README
