* feat: send token usage downstream

* Use SHA-256 hash instead of hmac

* Make push metrics more resilient and use non lossy zip_longest

* Avoid storing raw tokens in cache nor retry bookkeeping

* fix: preserve seen token hashes in edge metrics

* Simplify by not hashing

* fix: simplify edge seen token metrics batching

* Minor readeability improvements
