Record the seed-localization measurement in the CIPSI GF write-up

Truncating the thermal states to their global top-K determinants
(K = 16, 4, 1) before seeding leaves the uncapped per-point basis
bit-for-bit identical to the full 72-determinant seed (eg 3,119 /
t2g 2,885 on NiO): the closure is a graph property of H-connectivity
from any determinant of the connected ground-state cluster, so seed
count is not a memory lever -- and seed truncation silently changes
the observable (lost spectral weight no residual can flag).
