Pull #739

fix: name the CID getFile actually tried, not the one resolved earlier

Review catch. getFile resolves the asset again internally, and an asset is
mutable (updateFile), so the document can change between our resolve and its.
The CID whose fetch failed is the one getFile saw; summary.cid could name a CID
nobody tried. Falls back to summary.cid only when getFile returns null, which
is the same race turning it into a non-file asset.

The existing test used one CID for both mocks, so it passed either way. Two new
tests drive them apart in both directions.
