chore: add CVE-2026-46600 and CVE-2026-56852 to .trivyignore

Add two UNKNOWN-severity CVEs from azcopy gobinary scan:
- CVE-2026-46600: golang.org/x/net dns/dnsmessage panic on invalid SVCB/HTTPS RR
- CVE-2026-56852: golang.org/x/text infinite loop on invalid input

These are upstream dependency issues in azcopy, not directly exploitable
in the CSI driver context.
