* fix(components): polish marquee/MCP wiring and drop legacy priv design

Align remaining component API, MCP lazy-init, generators, and remove
legacy priv/design CSS now owned by the corex_design package.

* fix(e2e): point Design source links at corex_design CSS path

Legacy priv/design was removed; ComponentSourceLinks still checked that
path so Design demo links disappeared and CI failed.
