docs: describe both wallet restore forms accurately

"Plaintext wallet" was my wording and it is wrong: no form saveWallet accepts
carries a plaintext secret. Both type guards require seed.mnemonicEnc -- the
passphrase-encrypted mnemonic -- and encryptWalletForStorage only wraps
counter/ids/aliases into `enc`. The two forms differ in whether the metadata is
encrypted, not in whether the seed is.

The tool description matters most here: it is what an LLM client reads before
choosing arguments, so calling one form "plaintext" both misstates the security
property and invites a client to avoid a perfectly valid input.
