test(rumqttc): add turmoil integration tests for custom socket connector

Add integration tests for both v4 and v5 crates that exercise the
custom socket connector against Turmoil's simulated network. Tests
cover happy-path connect/subscribe/receive, keepalive ping/pong,
and connection loss with automatic reconnection.

Clarify set_socket_connector docs to explain that custom connectors
own socket creation and network_options are not applied by rumqttc
after the connector returns.

Addresses upstream PR #1059.
