ci: free CI disk space on heavy Rust jobs; verify README badges (#16)

Add a disk-space-reclaiming step as the first step after checkout in
the sdk-ci-rust.yml test job and the coverage.yml coverage job. Both
build --all-features (tonic/protoc gRPC codegen) and the coverage job
additionally runs cargo-llvm-cov, so runner disk pressure is a real
risk on hosted runners.

Verified the README's five badges (CI, Coveralls, crates.io, docs.rs,
license) already point at the correct crate/repo/workflow; no changes
needed there.
