Commit Message

Fix error handling, path construction, and repo references

- Replace println with proper error propagation via RunE in all commands
- Use filepath.Join instead of string concatenation for path construction
- Fix Walk to propagate walkfunc errors and check scanner.Err in readIgnoreFile
- Rewrite Freckle.Add with clearer error paths and force handling
- Symlink now removes existing target when force is set
- Fix README badges and goreleaser homepage to point to carapace-sh org
- Align CI Go version with go.mod (1.25.0)
- Add AGENTS.md with project layout, conventions, and common tasks
