chore(release): 1.0.0-alpha1

Version bump for the axiam-server/v1.0.0-alpha1 release, which carries the
release-pipeline fixes merged in #187 (aarch64 apt resilience + OpenAPI
info.version bound to CARGO_PKG_VERSION). No functional or API changes — the
OpenAPI spec is identical apart from its version string.

- Cargo.toml / Cargo.lock: workspace version 1.0.0-alpha -> 1.0.0-alpha1
- sdks/openapi.json: regenerated via --dump-openapi (only info.version changed)
- frontend Sidebar footer + test: 1.0.0-alpha -> 1.0.0-alpha1
- k8s server/frontend image tags: 1.0.0-alpha -> 1.0.0-alpha1
- CHANGELOG.md: add the 1.0.0-alpha1 entry
