fix(materialize): surface MaterializeResult.Errors and exit non-zero (bug #5)

Print each error with "error: " prefix via logf and return a non-zero
error when MaterializeResult.Errors is non-empty after materialization.
Previously the CLI printed "0 created, 0 updated" and exited 0 even
when every view failed — making ingitdb-go#5 and #4 invisible.

Also bumps github.com/ingitdb/ingitdb-go/ingitdb to v0.0.2 which carries
the bug #4 (built-in md renderer) and bug #6 (parameterized view
partitioning) fixes.
