test: cleaning repo state on `afterEach()` of `repository.test` (#871)

We track every repository a test creates so afterEach() can stop its polling/retry timers. Before: an unstopped repository kept a timer alive after the end of its test, when it later fires it issues a req with no one to await() the result, which ends to an unhandled rejection and fails the whole run...
