Commit Message

refactor: merge tooltypes and llmtypes into tool and llms packages

Consolidate the framework's internal type-vocabulary packages into the
packages they belong to, so consumers reference tool.Tool and llms.X
directly.

- tooltypes -> tool: move the Tool interface into tool/tool.go
- llmtypes  -> llms: move message/tool/model types and langchaingo
  interop into the new top-level llms package
- alias github.com/tmc/langchaingo/llms as lcllms where it now collides
  with the framework's own llms package
- migrate all references (tool.Tool, llms.X) across the repo and examples
- migrate .golangci.yaml to the golangci-lint v2 config format
