feat: Drafts API (create, list, get, update, delete, send) (#5)

Full drafts coverage: create_draft (with reply/reply-all/forward-of and
scheduled send_at), list_drafts(_page), get_draft, update_draft (PATCH,
optional fields), delete_draft, send_draft. Introduces the canonical
Attachment type (full AgentMail AttachmentResponse shape) shared by draft,
message, and thread responses. 7 wiremock tests.
