feat(go): v2 facet digest parity (SetFacetDigestV2, tag 6) + cross-lang golden

Mirrors the Rust v2 facet digest (task 094) on the Go build side:
- facetDigestV2 + facetTailDir (the parse_dir equivalent: parses a tail
  posting's NO_RUNCONTAINER offset-table directory), byte-for-byte with Rust
  facet_digest_v2; summaryTagFacetDigestV2 = 6.
- SetFacetDigestV2 on both builders (trigram + term); sealFacetSidecar picks
  v1/v2. Opt-in; v1 stays the default.
- Cross-language golden testdata/rrss_digest_v2_build_golden.txt, generated by
  the new Rust digest_v2_conformance_build regen and asserted byte-for-byte by
  both Rust (digest_v2_build_matches_shared_golden) and Go
  (TestSplitSetDigestV2MatchesRustGolden).

Go doesn't read the digest (reader is Rust/wasm), so this is build-side
parity. Completes task 095.
