Re-indent nested composition/conditional messages under their own bullet

InvalidComposedValueException and ConditionalException spliced a nested
exception's multi-line message into their bullet list without shifting its
internal newlines, so a composition failure nested inside another composition
branch rendered at the same indentation as its parent's bullets instead of
underneath them — exactly the flattened, hard-to-read output reported in
issue #131. Every sibling exception building a similar nested list already
re-indents (str_replace("\n", "\n    ", ...)); these two were the only ones
that didn't.
