fix: correct qt4tests exclusion typo in .npmignore

.npmignore excluded "qt4-tests/" but the submodule directory is
"qt4tests" (no hyphen), so npm pack silently included the entire QT4
test-suite submodule whenever it was checked out. That inflated the
published tarball to 4700+ files and produced a different content
hash than expected, which broke the CI "test" job (the only job that
checks out submodules): the freshly packed tarball's hash mismatched
the one already pinned in editors/vscode/package-lock.json, failing
with EINTEGRITY.
