Initial commit: unofficial typed Rust client for AgentMail

Extracted from the Hearth monorepo (rpghearth/hearth-app), where it powered
the app's email until that switched to Resend. Standalone here: own 0.1.0
version, rustls+ring TLS installed at client construction (no aws-lc/openssl),
rust-ci CI/style/audit on hosted runners, and a dispatch-only, dry-run-default
publish workflow. Unofficial and unaffiliated with AgentMail.
