refactor(statusline)!: render via the style seam; WithForceProfile→WithForceLevel (MC-56) (#3)

- statusline no longer imports termenv directly; Render now takes a style.Renderer and delegates all color degradation to it
- confine termenv to style/ via a new seam-check Makefile rule
- WithForceProfile(termenv.Profile) → WithForceLevel(style.Level)
- BREAKING: consumers of WithForceProfile must switch to WithForceLevel (ouroboros updated separately)
