docs(playground): add issue #1543 reproduction

A minimal server loading the TMC v2 companion specification, the nodeset that
used to end with `RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded` because it
defines structures referring to themselves.

The nodeset is downloaded from the OPC Foundation repository on first run and
kept out of git, so the script bootstraps itself on a clean checkout.
