* fix(skill/figma-to-app): correct terminology, scaffolding, asset extraction, and spacing guidance

- Rename kit references to Indigo.Design UI Kits
(Material/Fluent/Bootstrap/Indigo);
     add kit variant detection and direct designSystem mapping in Phase
1d and
     design-token-bridge.md
   - Asset extraction now always uses the Figma REST API (Method A:
/v1/files/:key/images
     for image fills; Method B: /v1/images/:key for node exports);
demote
     figma_get_screenshot and localhost URLs to identification-only use
     replace with scoped CSS custom property patterns
   - Rename "Figma UI Kit Name" table columns to "Kit Component Name"
throughout
